On Monday 16th of January 2012, the first NQT and Non-Permanent Teachers meeting will take place at 6PM in the TEACHER'S CLUB, PARNELL SQUARE.
All members from 2011 are invited and new members for 2012. You do not have to be from a certain District or Branch. You do not have to be an NQT, as support and advice is welcome from all areas of the profession, and most importantly you can bring as many NQT's as possible.
On the Agenda will be a quick re-cap on Budget 2012 from an NQT point of view, a Jobbridge Update, the Education Act Amendment, INTO DEIS Campaign, and most importantly, Motions for Congress 2012. We can have a real influence on Congress and the tone of the annual gathering, where big decisions and policy changes for the Union are made.
